How many pairs can I order?
You can order as many pairs as you like - subject to availability
Has my order been dispatched yet?
UK orders are normally received within 1-5 working days depending on the shipping service selected. For more on delivery times please see the top of the page. Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you have any problems please contact us.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery.
Can I ship to another address?
If you wish to change the shipping address before the parcel is dispatched, that’s fine, but this must be done as soon as possible. Please note that some security checks will be made on the new address, to prevent fraud.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use the following trusted companies: Royal Mail, DPD and DHL.
I need to change/cancel my order!
If you wish to cancel or change your order and it has not yet been dispatched we can do that, no problem. Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched we cannot cancel or change the order. We can provide you with your tracking number if you contact us by phone or email and quote your order number and name we would amend the changes you’d like to make as quickly as possible. If you have received an order that we could not cancel or change in time, you can return the unused items to us for a full refund when we receive them.
